The Durabin 79 offers a clean and controlled discharge with automatic sealing. It is the container recommended the leading handling plant designers.

The Durabin 79 comes with a range of options designed to ease the handling of even the most difficult of carbon blacks.

Durabin 79 replaces the more expensive aluminium tote bins and offers a dependable, and much cleaner, alternative to the flexible bag.

Capacity

Body

Black linear polyethylene. Wall thickness 6 mm standard;10 mm optional. Discharge cone angle 45 degrees.

Frame

Painted or galvanised mild steel box section. Stackable to four units high. Incorporates a cat-walk to allow 'on vehicle' filling. Four way entry fork loops or two way fork channels.

Inlet Options

450 mm/18 inch captive lid: 350 mm/14 inch screw lid.

Outlet Options

200 or 300 mm (8 or 12 inch) diameter cast aluminium slide valve with stainless steel slide plate and double flange for sealed discharge operations.

300 mm (12 inch) square cast aluminium slide valve with stainless steel slide plate. Recommended for remote operation.

250mm (10 inch) diameter closure with a polypropylene sleeve and drawstring shut-off.

200 mm (8 inch) diameter Mucon iris valve.

Other Options

Coding bar system to prevent cross contamination of different grades of powders. Bin card holders. Sequential numbering system. 60 degree discharge cone. PD design vacuum vent. Different frame/body colours.
